If there's something you would like to see/do, 6-8 weeks' notice is needed for it to be included on the programme, particularly if it's an event for which tickets need to be booked. It would be helpful too if you would nominate the most suitable days/evenings for you so that the event can be organised at a time to suit you, so you're not disappointed by being unable to attend
