Dromedary Dairy

We started the day by a drive-through noble falls, even though we haven't had a lot of rainfall, the falls were still cascading over.

A lovely and very interesting day we had at the Dromedary Dairy, Max told us how he first got involved with camels and how they now sell camel-milk cosmetics, as well as sending camel-hair to Mongolia! He showed and explained how he built the milking maching which keeps the baby camels and mothers together whilst milking, and how instead of bringing the camels in to a milking shed like cows, they take the milking maching to each paddock, which creates a peaceful environment for them both.

We followed our visit with having lunch at the Noble Falls Tavern, a very tatsy spot too!
