TOM'S APPLE CAKE

Butter cake packet mix; 1 cup of coconut; 4 oz. butter; Mix all together and bake for 20 mins. That's the biscuit base.


1 tin apples (or cook your own) - spread apples over base; then spread sour cream over the apples, dust with cinnamon sugar and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Serve cold
